IIT मद्रास ने फिर किया छठे साल शीर्ष NIRF रैंकिंग में कब्जा
भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (IIT) मद्रास ने एक बार फिर NIRF (नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूशनल रैंकिंग फ्रेमवर्क) 2024 में शीर्ष रैंकिंग हासिल की है। यह लगातार छठा साल है जब IIT मद्रास ने यह सम्मान प्राप्त किया है। यह उपलब्धि शिक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा घोषित की गई थी। IIT मद्रास पिछले नौ वर्षों से देश का सर्वोच्च रैंक वाला इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बना हुआ है।
अन्य शीर्ष संस्थानों की रैंकिंग
IIT मद्रास के बाद, भारतीय विज्ञान संस्थान (IISc), बेंगलुरु और IIT बॉम्बे ने क्रमशः दूसरा और तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया। IIT दिल्ली, जो पिछले साल तीसरे स्थान पर था, इस साल चौथे स्थान पर फिसल गया। शीर्ष दस में कुल आठ IIT शामिल हैं, इसके साथ ही अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (AIIMS), नई दिल्ली और जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय (JNU) भी शीर्ष स्थानों पर रहे।

शोध संस्थानों की श्रेणी में IISc बेंगलुरु ने पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया। विश्वविद्यालय श्रेणी में, IISc बेंगलुरु ने पहला स्थान कायम रखा, जबकि JNU और जामिया मिलिया इस्लामिया ने क्रमशः दूसरा और तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। प्रबंधन श्रेणी में, भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान (IIM) अहमदाबाद को सर्वश्रेष्ठ रैंक दिया गया, इसके बाद IIM बेंगलुरु और IIM कोझिकोड रहे।
कैरियर और क्षेत्रीय विश्वविद्यालय
इंजीनियरिंग श्रेणी में, IIT मद्रास ने फिर से शीर्ष स्थान हासिल किया, इसके बाद IIT दिल्ली और IIT बॉम्बे रहे। राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (NIT), तिरुचिरापल्ली शीर्ष दस सूची में एकमात्र गैर-IIT है। दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के हिंदू कॉलेज और मिरांडा हाउस ने कॉलेज श्रेणी में स्थान बदल दिया है, जिसमें हिंदू कॉलेज ने शीर्ष स्थान प्राप्त किया है। सेंट स्टीफेंस कॉलेज को तीसरा स्थान मिला है।
विशेष श्रेणियों में रैंकिंग
कानून की श्रेणी में, राष्ट्रीय विधि विद्यालय, बेंगलुरु ने पहले स्थान पर कब्जा किया, उसके बाद राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय, दिल्ली और NALSAR यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ लॉ, हैदराबाद क्रमशः दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर रहे। IIT रुड़की ने वास्तुकला और योजना श्रेणी में सर्वश्रेष्ठ का पुरस्कार जीता, इसके बाद IIT खड़गपुर और NIT कालीकट रहे।
मेडिकल श्रेणी में, AIIMS दिल्ली ने पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया, जबकि PGIMER, चंडीगढ़ और CMC वेल्लोर दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर रहे। डेंटल कॉलेजों में, साविता इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल एंड टेक्निकल साइंसेज, चेन्नई और मणिपाल कॉलेज ऑफ डेंटल साइंसेस ने शीर्ष दो स्थान बनाए रखा, जबकि तीसरा स्थान मौलाना आज़ाद इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ डेंटल साइंसेस, नई दिल्ली ने प्राप्त किया।
राज्य और ओपन विश्वविद्यालय
अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय, चेन्नई को सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य सार्वजनिक विश्वविद्यालय माना गया है, इसके बाद जादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय, कोलकाता और सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विश्वविद्यालय, पुणे हैं। इंदिरा गांधी नेशनल ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी (IGNOU) को सर्वश्रेष्ठ ओपन विश्वविद्यालय घोषित किया गया है, जबकि पुणे का सिम्बायोसिस स्कूल ऑफ कम्युनिकेशंस सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्किल विश्वविद्यालय बना है।
रैंकिंग का आकलन और नवाचार
NIRF रैंकिंग फ्रेमवर्क शैक्षणिक संस्थानों का आकलन पांच व्यापक मानकों के आधार पर करता है: शिक्षण, सीखना और संसाधन, अनुसंधान और व्यावसायिक अभ्यास, स्नातक परिणाम, आउटरीच और समावेशिता, और धारणा। इस साल, तीन नई श्रेणियों को पेश किया गया, जिससे कुल श्रेणियों की संख्या 16 हो गई। उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों को इन श्रेणियों के तहत सूचीबद्ध किया गया है: कुल मिलाकर, विश्वविद्यालय, चिकित्सा, इंजीनियरिंग, प्रबंधन, कानून, वास्तुकला, अनुसंधान संस्थान, फार्मेसी, डेंटल, कृषि और संबद्ध क्षेत्र, नवाचार, राज्य विश्वविद्यालय, ओपन विश्वविद्यालय, और स्किल विश्वविद्यालय। इस वर्ष, NIRF में 10,885 उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों ने भाग लिया।
